St. Luke’s ElderCare provides a range of day care services to help families take care of their seniors. Patients discharged from St. Luke’s Hospital may also be referred to St. Luke’s ElderCare to continue rehabilitation.

In August 1999, St Luke’s Hospital — together with churches and community organizations in Singapore — co-operated to set up and offer services under the St. Luke's ElderCare umbrella.

To date, there are six ElderCare Centres: Bukit Timah, Clementi, Hougang, Tampines, Whampoa, and Yishun. Out of these six centres, four are equipped with Senior Wellness Gym.
